Return Policy
We offer a free 7-day return policy for items that are damaged, not working correctly, defective, or if you received a different product than what you ordered.
For returns due to reasons such as change of mind, ordering the wrong item, or quality issues, the customer will bear the reverse shipping cost.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at support@stickity.in or call/WhatsApp us at +91 82877 61118. Returns must be sent to the following address: B-88 Gujranwala Town Part-1, New Delhi - 110009. Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.
We will initiate pickup or you can send us the parcel. Pickup fees depend on the pincode and will be confirmed before initiating. If the item is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was sent from our side, pickup and reshipping will be absolutely free.
Exchanges
Exchanges are free. If you wish to exchange an item, simply return the original item following our return process, and we will process the exchange.
An order can only be returned or exchanged once.
Refunds
For refunds, the customer will bear the reverse shipping cost. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
